Climate change & groundwater: May 22 All GSA Basin Workshop Invitation
Our groundwater is stressed in many parts of Sonoma County and some areas will be further affected by a combination of climate change impacts and/or more wells drawing groundwater…..
Feel free to let others know of this opportunity.
We invite you to a community workshop on May 22, 2019
How a Changing Climate could affect Groundwater (and what we’re doing about it).
This public workshop will focus on the future of local groundwater in a changing climate — and how new groundwater
sustainability plans can help. While the information is targeted at the Boards and Advisory Committees of local
groundwater agencies, anyone interested in groundwater issues and adapting to a changing climate should attend.
