SAVE THE DATE – TUESDAY 5/15 – Yes on C Rally – lunchtime downtown Napa
Yes on Measure C in Napa needs you! Help support Measure C to protect watershed and oak woodlands
The training alone will be worth attending to become a more educated spokesperson about Measure C (even if you aren’t able to help with the canvassing).
Trainings are held Saturday and Sunday mornings at 11 am and during the week at 3 pm at the Napa Whole Foods outdoor seating area (Bel Aire Plaza).
Please contact Christian Bucknell at (315)416-0217 if you are interested in participating.
2) Post Card Project-–Sign up to write a short message and address postcards to voters in hard to canvass areas. This can be done at your home and at your convenience.
Call Chris Benz (707-492-0089) if you can help with this and you will get postcards and addresses.
3)Saturday mornings at the Napa Farmers Market, 10am-Noon—Staff a table for Measure C.
You will partner with another volunteer from Yes on C. Let us know if you can work an upcoming Saturday.
4) Lawn signs: if you would like one, send me your address and we’ll drop them off. Don’t forget to ask your family and friends if they can host a ‘Yes on C’ sign.
5)Letters to the Editor: Still needed. Write from your heart about why we need to vote yes on Measure C and protect the trees in our watershed.
Send the letters to: Sean Scully, sscully@napanews.com.
6) Canines for C!: Take a picture of your dog (or cat–Cats for C!) with a Yes on C sign (lawn sign or hand-made) and post it on Facebook or Instagram. Use #YESonC and #NapaCounty.
Tag the Measure C Facebook site @protectnapawatershed or tag the Instagram site @protectnapa. Spread the word! Dogs and cats (and fish and birds) need water too!
7) Talking to everyone you see and tell them why you are supporting Measure C and how you feel about the opposition’s campaign. THIS is the most important thing we can do!
