Opinion from B. Rawson, Graton: All of this is exacerbated by sedimentation of our wet lands by Vineyards, and the encroachment of paved surfaces from development. Add climate change and this will only get worse. We need to dredge the sediment, stop deforestation and vineyard conversion and tile draining and stop paving the developed surfaces with impervious materials. Preaching to the choir.
