Santa Rosa Plain GSA Board Meeting

 
On April 11, the Santa Rosa Plain GSA Board will hold the first reading of an ordinance to register groundwater users, and will discuss the proposed groundwater sustainability fee.

The Board is considering an ordinance to require the registration of groundwater use facilities and water user reporting. The ordinance will also authorize the agency to establish a fee by resolution, at a later date. (Notice of the fee resolution will be provided at least two weeks in advance, in compliance with Water Code section 10730(b)(2).) The first reading of the Groundwater Users Ordinance will be held by the GSA at the following date, time and location:

Date: Thursday, April 11, 2019

Time: Meeting begins at 1 p.m. The ordinance will be read no earlier than 2:00 p.m.

Location: City of Santa Rosa Utilities Field Office, 35 Stony Point Road, Santa Rosa
