It’s Happening at the Planning Commission
The Southeast Greenway Project will meet a critical milestone this Thursday, May 23rd.
The Santa Rosa Planning Commission will consider the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Southeast Greenway project in its entirety and recommend certification of the EIR and approval of the General Plan Amendment and Rezoning. Please plan to attend, wear your Greenway shirt and show your support for the SE Greenway!

With the Planning Commission’s recommendation and approval, the SE Greenway Project will move to the Santa Rosa City Council for final approval in July.
Here are some suggestions to help our supporters prepare for Thursday’s meeting:
- Good news! The Southeast Greenway Project is first on the Planning Commission Agenda. Please plan to be in your seat by 4:00 pm.
- The Agenda for the 5/23/19 meeting with Staff Report, Presentation Slides and related documents can be downloaded by clicking here.
- We urge Greenway supporters to sit together so that the planning commissioners see a green sea of support. If you would like a Greenway tee-shirt, please email Linda@SoutheastGreenway.org and let us know the size you will need – M, L, XL, 2XL.
