ICYMI (in case you missed it) From a local activist group: FYI one of our members was on a webinar today using a new website tool that compares wildfire risk specifically to homes by city and county across the U.S.
Here is what is says about Sonoma County:
Populated areas in Sonoma County have, on average, greater risk than 47% of counties in California.
Here is the link to the findings and the website https://wildfirerisk.org/explore/0/06/06097/
Go to the various headings on the upper right (risk to homes, exposure types, wildfire likelihood and vulnerable populations) then click on the plus sign + to enlarge and find your neighborhood. Share with all.
