The long-awaited agenda for Thursday’s Board of Zoning Adjustments/Planning Commission meeting re: the proposed gas station, car wash, RV storage yard and mini mart at 5300 Sebastopol Road is NOW available online at:

I haven’t had time to look at much of it yet and am about to start reading. My immediate impression is that staff have changed some of their information based on our input!

Please take a look at any particular sections that are of special interest or concern to you, especially if you may be able to give some input at the meeting on Thursday.
