All you need to say is tell them you are a voter in their district and you support AB 1788 to ban 2nd generation anticoagulant rodent poisons because wildlife, pets and children are important to you!
You don’t have to say more than this, but personal expressions from experience would be great too.
THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!
LEGISLATIVE ACTION TO BAN RAT POISONS and SAVE OUR WILDLIFE in CALIFORNIA
Many of you helped get California Legislature Bill AB 1788 pass several hurdles –
1) 3 Assembly Committees and the full Assembly last year
2) 3 Senate Committees. It passed the critical 3rd Senate committee just on Thursday!
The bill doesn’t do everything, but it is an excellent step that will prohibit the commercial use of second generation anticoagulant rodent poisons.
We would have liked first generation anticoagulants banned also, but that will have to wait.
THIS MUST STOP!
