Please pay attention to the language. Many groups worked on comments close to a year to make this a better plan. The draft has major loopholes and “weasel” words that allow many different definitions allowing investors and wine industry latitude. Example: tasting rooms moved into ag processing for easier approval, protected areas greatly diminished. If you love the coast, it needs you now! Our coast is not a profit center, it’s our responsibility to protect it for future generations.
